Washington Irving’s historic Sleepy Hollow, NY in the lower Hudson
Valley is filled with spooktacular Halloween festivals and events this
October. Thousands will head to the Land of the Headless Horseman
for cemetery tours, pumpkin blazes, harvest suppers and recreations of
Irving’s most famous tales. All of this takes place near the
author’s home, Sunnyside, and his final resting place at Sleepy Hollow
Cemetery.
