Prepare yourself for a day of fun, education, history, and lots of CHOCOLATE, at various locations throughout the Village of Red Hook (Dutchess County). The all-day festival will be filled with competitions, tastings, art exhibitions and performances all with a central theme of chocolate, and don’t expect the same, old same old. This is the Hudson Valley after all – so in addition to the die-hard family favorites – brownies, cakes and chocolates and so on, there will also be new and exciting things to see and try.
