Every March the New York State Maple Producers Association presents Maple Weekends, traditionally the third and fourth weekends of the month, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Spend a fun day with family and friends, sampling maple products across New York State. The maple producers host open houses where the public can visit and see how maple syrup and maple products are made.
More than 110 maple producers all over New York State participate, including our local producers. In addition to producer’s tours, many local businesses have joined in to offer specials at the restaurants with samplings of innovative cuisine utilizing our precious commodity, New York State Maple Syrup. In the Adirondacks, a special Maple Weekend will be celebrated on March 29 and 30 with fun new events on the calendar to celebrate our sweetest Adirondack Spring product.
