Prepare yourself for a day of fun, education, history, and lots of CHOCOLATE, at various locations throughout the Village of Red Hook (Dutchess County). The all-day festival will be filled with competitions, tastings, art exhibitions and performances all with a central theme of chocolate, and don’t expect the same, old same old. This is the Hudson Valley after all – so in addition to the die-hard family favorites – brownies, cakes and chocolates and so on, there will also be new and exciting things to see and try. Chocolate & chili, chocolate & bacon, chocolate flavored beauty products. Events include: •Chocolate Bomb Skateboard Race  •Cooking with Chocolate Demonstration at Flatiron Steakhouse (S.Broadway/Route 9) •Chocolate Tempering Demo by Dan Budd at Taste Budd’s Cafe (W. Market Street) •Live Music & Performance in the Community Music Space in The Chocolate Factory (Elizabeth Street) •’The Chocolate Wars’ – Bake off competitions (Linden Avenue) •Chocolate Fountain and Tastings •Chocolate Pizza at Village Pizza (N.
