Now in its 16th year, the International Pickle Festival will be held on Sunday November, 24 in Rosendale (Ulster County).

This blue collar community, long known for some of the best concrete and cement producing plants in the country (they poured the cement for the Brooklyn Bridge) honors the tangy pickle with a gala all-day long event.  There will be music, food, games, family events, pickle themed gifts and souvenirs  and more.

They take their pickles seriously in Rosendale and there will be judging for many of the food items including lots of homemade pickles!
