As spring springs and the birds chirp, maple syrup is flowin’ in central New York.
Each year, Marathon hosts Maple Fest and showcases one of New York’s fabulous products.
This great festival offers a sampling of maple products from traditional syrup on pancakes to maple milk shakes and cotton candy.
